Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Account and synchronisation data, for the people who choose to sign in, is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union. Everything else stays on your device. The Privacy Policy sets out what is stored, where, and for how long.

Subscriptions

Fovea Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles refunds under its own policy; we never receive your payment details. The subscription terms are in the Terms of Service.

Data protection

Fovea is operated from Switzerland and follows the revised Federal Act on Data Protection. Requests about your data go to the email address above; the Privacy Policy explains what you can ask for and where you can complain.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, as set out in the Terms of Service. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
